A very good starting point for discovering an excellent Brazilian coffee.
This specialty coffee is offering a note of chocolate that will live up to any expectations of lovers of balanced and harmonious coffee...
The Bob-o-link coffee is being cultivated at an altitude of about 100 to 1400 meters amidst the Mogiana Mountains. It originated from a variety of coffee such as the yellow Bourbon, the red Mondo Novo and the Catuai, the plantations grow under the shade of tropical trees.
The Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza FAF Farm supports an exploitation of the coffee in harmony with nature. It is protecting all species of plants as well as the fauna living in the shelter provided by the farm.
The coffee berries are harvested by selective hand picking, in order to ensure the best quality and ripeness of the fruits. The farm stays a small producer in Brazil, considering social aspects though, their approach goes beyond the borders: their production is taking over the best selection of the surrounding farms, their neighbors and often their friends.
The drying is either taking place on the “African beds” (wooden trays in a raised position), allowing an even drying of the berries before pulping or, depending on the amount, on cemented surfaces. Thanks to frequent travelling and a precise analysis of the development of the coffee market, the "FAF" Farm is able to continuously modernize its infrastructures and production processes.
