The standard shipping method is shipping by International Priority Package tracking off without signature.
If you prefer delivery with signature, the option is possible since the selection of the offer of transport. Whatever the chosen method of shipping, we will provide as soon as possible a link that allows you to track online delivery of your package.

Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed and a variable part based on price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two distinct orders and you will have to pay postage for each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile products ..

Packages are oversized and protected.

Our coffees and teas are packed in PET type bags (DOYPACK) equipped with degassing valve for coffee.

This enables optimum preservation of the products

Coffee machines are packaged by the manufacturer plus our shipping overpack.
