Pack your bags with this beautiful Colombian coffee. Finca Bacarat means "typical farm“. It is indeed typical for the region – producing an atypical coffee, working in tandem with a French (!) landlord and his Colombian partner! This fruity coffee seduces with its notes of citrus fruits: lemon and mandarin.

Damien Coisne, a doctor based in Bordeaux, grew up in Colombia from where he inherited the Finca Bacarat farm, homestead for 42 years. Today the farm is run by Reynel, his associate and brother. Millions of kilometers away from each other, they both work to reach the same goal: make the farm self-sufficient in order to continue producing coffee and more importantly creating local employment. Situated in the community of El Pital de Combia, in the Risaralda region, the Colombian coffee plantation of 5 hectares is divided in two parcels: "playa rica" and "el porvenir". The Finca Bacarat is producing 18 bags of micro lot terroir coffee, harvested by hand, with the help of 7 to 8 passages.
