Ethiopian Coffee Moka Sidamo Grade 1

This Moka specialty coffee originates from the Sidamo region located in the south of Ethiopia close to the Kenyan border. It is a high quality coffee representing 12% of the coffee production in Ethiopia. The Moka Sidamo takes its name from the Sidamas, an ethnic group settled in the south-west of the country. It’s a washed coffee that is very much sought in Ethiopia. This coffee derives from a native moka, conferring a nice vivacity with notes of red and citrus fruits to the Moka Sidamo. Grade 1 offers you the best premium quality (0 to 3 defaults for 300g of coffee, which is very rare for Ethiopian coffee).
