Tea Forté's Sencha green tea is skillfully steamed, rolled and pan-fried in a wok to create the ultimate cup.
The particularity of Sencha tea comes from the method used to dry the tea leaves. After harvesting, the leaves are subjected to a period of spraying, then the leaf is wilted to reduce moisture, after which the leaves are rolled into very fine needles. The process is repeated three times. Green Tea can even help prevent tooth decay! Just as its ability to destroy bacteria can help prevent food poisoning, it can also eliminate bacteria that cause plaque.
