The appelation of origin controlled the most famous black tea is localized in the deep north of the state of Bengal on the West of India, in the Valley of Kurseong.
Darjeeling is a specific tea due to its process of oxidation which is different from the green, the oolong tea or the black tea.
It is is rarely raked or mixed in other origins.
The gustative notes of the Darjeeling Teaforte lead to the complex flavor of hazelnut and to the notes so specific of muscatel wine.
